Condominiums range from 1,265 to 3,527 square feet. They come in several designs grouped in buildings of one to six units, which helps to give the property a more residential feel.

Letters designate the floor plans. Each plan should be considered conceptually rather than as a specific drawing of any one unit. Several units have been modified and upgraded by their owners over the years and thus may have features that the original plans do not incorporate. Free standing homes are custom designed and have no floor plans listed.
